The Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty is excited to work with school districts and state agencies across the U.S. to ensure students have the nutritious meals they need, even when school is out. If your school district is on the list and is currently enrolling, you can sign up here for the Meals-to-You delivery service at no cost to your family, and we’ll make sure a box for each child in the household is on its way with the next shipment.
In order to participate in this program, your school district must be registered with the program prior to your filling out this form. If your school district is not on the drop-down menu found on the Participant Information page, you will not be able to register at this time. Please check with your school district to make sure they are registered to participate in Emergency Meals-to-You.
